Generator
We’ve installed a Generac generator to ensure all of our customers – from doctors and patients to ALFs and home health agencies – are never without the prescription medical care they need.

This state-of-the-art generator powers our entire facility in the event of a power outage.  This means the refrigerators stay cold, medicines stay at controlled temperatures, dosing system continue to operate, and the sterile environments and hoods stay sterile.  The generator will run for five to seven days, so even a major hurricane won’t stop you from getting the medicines you need.

We also have battery backups for our computers and faxes, so all access to your records will remain intact regardless of weather or other activity that disrupts the power supply.

We lovingly refer to this tool as our robot, because it automatically fills prescriptions accurately and quickly.  You can see a picture of Jerold Slaughter with it here.  Our robot makes sure prescriptions are filled with the most accuracy, and lets us fill prescriptions faster – saving you time, every time.


Multi-dose system
And then there’s the technologies at work in our Direct Service Pharmacy, including the multi-dose system, which makes it easier for patients with eight or more prescriptions to make sure they’re taking the right doses at the right times.
